Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the product sales service (the “Service”) provided by Oishi Treat (the “Shop”), operated by LLC ManoLife.

Users (the “Customers”) shall use the Service only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service between the Customer and the Shop.

Article 2 (Use of the Service)
Customers shall use the Service by providing accurate and complete information in accordance with the method prescribed by the Shop.

If false or inaccurate information is discovered, the Shop may suspend or restrict use of the Service as necessary.

Article 3 (Formation of Sales Contract)
A sales contract shall be deemed concluded when the Customer submits a purchase order and the Shop sends an order confirmation notice.
The Shop may cancel an order after conclusion in the following cases:

  • Insufficient stock
  • Failure to complete payment
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

Article 4 (Payment Method and Timing)
Customers shall pay the product price and any applicable fees using the payment methods and timing specified on the Shop. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Article 5 (Product Price and Details)
Product prices, specifications, and descriptions are subject to change without prior notice.
If displayed information contains errors, the Shop may cancel the relevant order and issue a refund.

Product images are shown as accurately as possible; however, actual appearance may differ depending on the viewing environment.

Article 6 (Delivery of Products)
Products will be shipped using methods designated by the Shop.
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, shipping carrier issues, customs procedures, or other factors.
International shipments may be subject to delays or restrictions under local laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)
Returns or exchanges are accepted in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Customers must contact the Shop within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
Refunds or replacements will be provided after confirmation.
Returns due to customer convenience are not accepted unless otherwise stated.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All intellectual property rights related to content on the Shop belong to the Shop or rightful owners.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

Article 9 (Prohibited Acts)
Customers shall not engage in the following acts:

  • Violations of laws or public order
  • Fraudulent or malicious orders
  • Unauthorized resale
  • Interference with Shop operations
  • Acts causing harm or inconvenience to others

Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Shop strives to provide products of appropriate quality in accordance with applicable laws.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Shop shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

Article 11 (Changes and Suspension of the Service)
The Shop may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice when necessary.

Article 12 (Amendment of the Terms)
The Shop may amend these Terms as needed. Amended Terms take effect upon posting on the Shop.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the Shop’s operator.
